I wish love was easy.

I wish it was as easy as back in the 80’s and 90’s

I crave for that old love that was true…

Love which was genuine,

Love with no secrecy,

Love with compromise,

Love that was bursting out of the heart,

Love that was fun,

Love that could be remembered,

Love that was ruled by true feelings,

not by trend or what people say,

Love so true, that even though you’re far away from her,

she still has a place in your heart.

Love that is fearless

Love that understands

I wish for that love that Bra’Caiphus Semenya sang about…

I don’t care if you call me an “old-soul”

but you it’s true.

I wish for the love that was fruitful… soulful.

Love that is genuinely painful

I wish for that is not full of vengeance,

Love that was not built around lust

love that cares

Love that nurtures

Love that gives compliments, not complaints and comparisons…

Love that was artificial and based on lies- total lies.

I want True Love,

I know it’s rare… but can I just have a piece of it…?

The love that forgives- no matter what…

Love that changes your heartbeat…

Love that lasts

Love that feels life-long…

I wish for that love that listens

I wish for that love that treats you well

Love that treats you like a priority

The love that keeps you company – never alone

Love accepts not neglects,

Love that comforts, not give pain

Love that makes you smile – not give tears

The Love that; even though you cry, it is because of joy.

Love that keeps promises and fulfills them.

Love that is not undecided

Love that is not based on guilt, but built on trust…

Love that s calm – not loud

Love that is proud – not jealous

Love that is honest…

Please take me to those days where all that was happening,

The days where love was valuable and was a virtue…

Love that had a natural silhouette hovering over it…

Shinning so bright, brighter than the stars…

As bright as a gift from an Angel.

Like an angel, when it comes to the Earth –

the earth quakes
